You can pay for your purchases by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), bank transfer and PayPal.
If the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) reports that the card has been denied, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping costs will be FREE for all orders.
The proof of purchase corresponding to the order, delivery note and invoice, will be available to view and/or print at erossconfortcom, in the “my account” section.
In the event of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email or telephone of the cancellation of the order or the possibility of exchange. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be reimbursed the amount of the product through the same payment method.
3. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipping time for the peninsula is approximately 2-3 business days (Common Administrative Procedure Act (39/2015)). This shipment will be FREE.
DELIVERY TIMES IN FRANCE AND MAINLAND PORTUGAL
For deliveries to France and mainland Portugal (not islands) the delivery time is delayed between 3 and 7 days for transport reasons.
Deliveries are not made to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

Please note that delivery times are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday) and that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Furthermore, if the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.
EROSSCONFORT.COM undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated on the order form and during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. In the event that any of the packages that make up the shipment arrive with any visible damage, it will be the customer's obligation to indicate to the carrier that they are not satisfied with the condition of the same on the delivery note so that they are aware of the incident and to communicate it as soon as possible to our telephone number or via email.
If an item cannot be delivered within this period, the customer will be informed.
EROSSCONFORT.COM will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery, if the delivery address entered in the order form is not correct.
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer must pay the costs of returning it to the place of return, paying the shipping costs again.
4. WARRANTY AND RETURN

After receiving your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, from the day of receipt, to exercise the right of withdrawal, according to the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law (Art. 44 Law 7/1996).
To make the return effective, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise has been received and its condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded, although this amount may be depreciated if the packaging or the product has been damaged or modified.

FUNDAS DIALCAR, SL reserves the right to reject changes or returns that are communicated or sent outside the established period, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
To make a return, you must send an email to info@erossconfort.com and request the return through your customer section.
Before sending the return, make sure you contact EROSSCONFORT so that the corresponding department creates an entry ticket and does not reject your return. You must return the product without delay, within a maximum period of 14 days and to the address indicated in the withdrawal document.
Special measurements and those made to measure or under order cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing error.
The return costs will be borne by the customer.
In the case of a defective product, EROSSCONFORT.COM will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. Erossconfort.com is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The purchasing system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore all items offered are "tax included".
